• No purchase is necessary to play the game.
   

• For your chance to win daily prizes, point and click in the pyramid. If you click a chest holding one key, you will win the value of that prize. There are 7 different keys to find. Each key has a different value. The first key that entitles you to win cash is the gold key. You obtain the gold key by first finding the green key, blue key and red key. You must find these keys in a row i.e.: consecutively in a logical order. Once you found the gold key you have the option of claiming your prize money or forfeit it to play the next round where you can win more cash. If you are successful in finding the diamond key you may claim your prize money or forfeit it to go to the next round where you can win more cash. If you are successful in finding the Platinum key you may claim your prize money or forfeit it and go to the final round where you can win the progressive jackpot (guaranteed 1 million US$ or more) upon finding the earth key. Each time you find a key that is worth a cash prize, you can forfeited it if you decide to play the next round in order to try and win a larger cash prize.
   

• The game is available, 24 hours a day. The contest is void where prohibited by law. The duration and amounts of all prizes will be specified on the site as they become available and may change without notice. Only claims on prizes during the prizes' specified duration will be considered valid.
   

• Once you have won any prize money you are instantly eligible to win all remaining prizes beginning the following day. There is a limit of one winner per household per day. There is a maximum of three cash prizes per household per week.
   

• Only one account per email address is allowed. You must provide a valid email address to be considered eligible.
   

• The use of any of Lootplay's source code, images, logos or animations are strictly prohibited and may only be used with authorization from us.

• All winnings and account balances will be declared void and deleted from our records should Lootplay ever fully close.
   

• Should you have not received your payout after a period of 2 months, please contact us at service.
   

• Any game may be closed by Lootplay for fraud investigation at any time without prior notice.

• All cash prizes and prices are in US$ unless otherwise specified. Arrangements may be considered.

• Only players from the USA and Canada will cash prizes be honored.

• We currently support the following payout methods: PayPal or checks. Payment methods will be decided depending on the amount of the prize. We are working on making more payment options available.

• By signing up with Lootplay and playing any of its games you must abide to and accept all of the terms and conditions found on this page and in our privacy statement. New rules may be added at any time without notice.

• Lootplay reserves the right to publish your first name, the first letter of your last name and the country/state from where you are from (if specified) upon accepting a prize.

• Unauthorized access to the Lootplay servers is strictly prohibited. Such actions are and will be considered "hacking", which is a criminal offence and will lead to criminal prosecution.
   

• Lootplay reserves the right to cancel the game should viruses, bugs, human intervention or other causes beyond its control, corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or proper conduct of the game.
   

• Players must use a web browser that supports JavaTM, JavaScriptTM and client-side cookies and these technologies must be enabled to take advantage of all the additional features the game has to offer.

• Please use the time that you are waiting to visit our sponsors. They are the ones who makes it possible for you to play for free and win such great prizes. You not only support them by doing this, but also us. Your game will not be interrupted upon clicking on any ad.

• All game outcomes and other results are drawn by a computer using random numbers.
   

• Use of any other software not designed for browsing the World Wide Web is not allowed. No additional electronic devices or software(s) may be used to automate the above said web browsers
   

• Lootplay cannot be made responsible or liable for any data losses from your or our side.
   

• At no time shall any person contacting representatives of Lootplay be considered to have received legal advice of any type from such representative. The "Lootplay Game" is maintained by Lootplay Inc. and Media-MBC.
   

• The player understands and acknowledges that Lootplay has the right to remove a player that provides false information, is not able to receive e-mails from us, makes accusations of spam, sends abusive or harassing emails to our staff, or causes any harm/cheating/attempting to hack our game. Any player who is removed for any of these reasons, or who has requested to be removed from our lists, forfeits all prizes won with no exceptions being made.
   

• Lootplay furthermore reserves the right to send you an occasional e-mail promoting a third party product or website. Please note that your e-mail address will never be sold or shown to the advertiser! You can be removed from future mailings by following instructions on how to unsubscribe in the emails themselves.
   

• The list of available prizes is updated throughout the day as prizes are added, removed, or won. The odds of winning the "Lootplay Game" are dependent upon the Lootplay algorithm which involves random number generation, player loyalty and traffic to the website. All federal, state, provincial, local and other taxes and tariffs of any kind are the responsibility of the winning party.
   

• The "Lootplay game" is available to those who have Internet access. All players must provide their own Internet access and be responsible for the effectiveness of their connection. Internet access will not be considered a fee associated with the playing of the "Lootplay Game". Players must be 13 years of age or older to play the "Lootplay Game". The game is void where prohibited by law. Employees and their immediate families, or persons living in the same household as such employees, of Lootplay and its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, retailers, suppliers, agents and advertising or promotional agencies are not eligible to participate in this game
   

LOOTPLAY PYRAMID GAME

• The game may either be held using an animation that makes use of Macromedia(r) Flash(tm) or java script. We cannot guarantee for the full potential and viewing experience should you not support one or both of these technologies.
   

• Any detection of an automated system playing the Lootplay game will result in an immediate termination of that players account. This will be considered cheating and is a criminal offence. All prizes will become null and void and will lead to criminal prosecution.
   

• Game results are held instantly after clicking a chest via a random number generator used by the Lootplay algorithm.
   

• Cash prizes are based on the amount of keys found consecutively. A minimum of 4 keys found consecutively makes you eligible to win a cash prizes. Please refer to the pay table chart.
   

• Refreshing a page or going 'back' during the game will give you a warning message and forces you to start over. Please follow instructions during game play from the player dialog area.
   

• Players can find chests full of gold with a loot coin value. Finding keys entitles you to loot coins also. Loot coins have no cash value on their own and are used by the game to track a players progress. They are also used to play the weekly tournament and can be used to redeem special Lootplay products.

LOOTPLAY WEEKLY TOURNAMENTS

• The tournament ends every Tuesday 4:00 PST. All loot coins collected by players will also be reset to zero. The Lootplay game/website may not be available around this time. The results can be accessed with our winners page.
   

• The top 10 players at the end of a tournament week that have collected the most loot coins are eligible to received the prize indicated in our pay table chart.
   

LOOTPLAY WEEKLY DRAWINGS

• Drawings are held every Tuesday 4:00 PST. The results can be accessed with our winners page.
   

• Three drawings are held with a computer using a random number generator. No other considerations influences the outcome. All players have the same chance of winning, frequent Lootplay players are not favored so everybody has an equal chance.

LEGAL:

• Lootplay is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by web site users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this contest, or by any technical or human error which may occur in the course of the administration of this contest. Lootplay assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alteration of entries. Lootplay is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network lines, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of e-mail, or players on account of technical problems with traffic congestion on the Internet, including injury or damage to participants, or to any other person's computer, related to or resulting from participating or receiving materials in this contest. If, for any reason, the contest is not capable of operating as planned, including infection by computer viruses, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of  Lootplay which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the contest, then Lootplay  reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the contest.
